RETURN POLICY


RETURNS (Orders within the U.S.)

  • Domestic orders may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
  • We provide free return shipping labels for domestic returns.
  • Domestic returns for refunds will be subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please send your return items within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label. Items sent 6 or more business days after receiving
the return shipping label will not be refunded.


RETURNS (International Orders)

  • International orders may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
  • International returns for refunds will be subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • You can ship back your order to us to the following address (please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders)

REFUND METHOD

  • Refunds are issued on store credit only. No monetary refunds will be given. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your item/s back in perfect condition. We do not refund shipping charges.


WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


WILL I GET CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

  • A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for international and U.S. orders.
  • We are unable to provide return labels to customers located outside of the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We provide free return shipping labels for domestic returns.
  • We highly recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking your return shipment and keeping it for your records.


EXCHANGES

  • You can exchange an order you purchased online by coming into our showroom within 14 days of delivery of your order.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags.
  • Our $10 restocking fee will only be waived for in-store exchanges only.
  • Online exchanges are not supported. We recommend you return the item, get a refund and repurchase the different size or item you want.
